In honor of Suicide Awareness Month, you’re invited to join this free event of healing, connection, and support.

This gathering is a sacred space for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide, those who have struggled with suicidal thoughts or attempts, and anyone who could benefit from emotional healing and grief support in general.

What to Expect:

• Medical Qigong to release grief, sorrow, and sadness. Medical Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of health care that aids deep transformation through release, circulation, breathing, and more.

• Guided Meditation, Breathwork, and Acupressure to further help you release grief, process heavy emotions, and find emotional relief. You’ll be guided to connect with your inner peace and let go of sorrow or sadness you’re holding onto, allowing space for healing and calm. 

• Candlelight Circle of Remembrance to honor yourself or a loved one’s journey. This simple yet powerful act will create a space to reflect and release.

• In Sacred Community, you’re welcome to share stories, memories, or words of healing. Whether you choose to speak or simply sit in the collective energy of remembrance, this circle is a time to hold space for what has been lost, while also celebrating the light that continues to shine within us.

Together, we'll hold space for lives lost, for those who are hurting, and for the hope that healing is always possible. This is a time to raise awareness, accept support, and remind one another that no one walks alone.

We’ll gather in the Star Barn. Please bring a yoga mat for our qigong practice. We have a few extras as needed. Chairs will also be available.
