Begin with a slow, guided walk through the trees as we make our way to our qigong mindful movement space. Along the way, you’ll be invited to tune in to the sights, sounds, and sensations of summer - a season of abundance that quietly includes release. Petals fall. Fruit drops. It’s a gentle reminder that we don’t have to hold it all. This walking meditation helps you quiet your mind and arrive fully in the moment for qigong.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that blends movement, breath, and intention to promote optimum health and wellness. During this seasonal flow, we’ll soothe the heart, cultivate joy element, and release anxiety and overthinking.
After our guided experience -- If you’d like to further enjoy and connect with nature, the water, and our community, we invite you to bring snacks/lunch and a blanket.
