Spring Qigong: Go with the Flow (Online - Zoom)

Qigong flows are created to aid seasonal healing according to the Five Elements Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The energy of Spring is expansion and growth. During this month’s qigong routine, we’ll focus on strengthening the joints and tendons, detoxing/boosting liver health, going with the flow, and continuing to embrace change.

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as "energy yoga". Qigong isn’t your average workout. This is a space for deep transformation and healing. When you practice qigong, you’re practicing self-love and learning to heal yourself (truly from the inside out).

We do new routines each month, and classes are suitable for beginners and experts alike. Practice self-care by slowing down, focusing your attention inward, and leave feeling refreshed and with a greater sense of peace.
