During this 1-hour workshop, you will learn several acupressure points that help to support your health and well-being during the summer.
You will learn acupressure points for:
Headaches/migraines
Anxiety
Insomnia/restless sleep
Excess heat in the head and body
You will also receive a handout with this information.

What is Acupressure?
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that was developed in China over 5,000 years ago. Using the fingers, thumbs, and knuckles, gentle to firm pressure is applied to key points on the body to stimulate self-healing. Pressing these points allows for the release of endorphins and muscle tension, and increased circulation of blood and oxygen. By reducing stress, you become more resistant to illness and disease, and are able to feel a greater sense of well-being.
I will also have a 1-hour qigong class at 9-10am, so feel free to join for some extra healing!
