  • Oldfields School 1500 Glencoe Road Sparks Glencoe, MD, 21152 United States (map)

Last day for early-bird pricing is Friday, October 9th!

➡️Register here⬅️ Only 15 spots available!

You’re invited to take a mindful pause.

🍁Surrounded by nature's vibrant tapestry of golden, red, and orange leaves, you’re immersed in a season of transition.

Watching the trees gracefully shed their leaves, ask yourself: “What am I ready to let go of?” With each exhale, as easy as vapor dispersing in the air, release old stories and patterns that no longer serve you.

Breathe in the crisp autumn air, feeling invigorated and inspired to create anew.

❣️Welcome to our transformative retreat that aligns mind, body, and spirit with the rhythms of the season! Tuning into the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and other modalities, this experience encourages a release, refresh, and renewal of your senses within healing, supportive community.

Our unique blend of self-care practices supports deep healing, strengthening your immune system while feeling more resilient, empowered, and calm. You’ll also tap into greater clarity with manifestation techniques, cultivating more abundance in your life.

Beyond the expansive transformation during our day retreat, you’ll have resources to support your overall health and wellness in the days, weeks, and months ahead!

Retreat Highlights:

🙆Qigong + Acupressure: Pronounced “chee gong”, this ancient Chinese modality promotes qi (lifeforce energy) circulation, alleviating stiffness, pain, and inflammation. Acupressure involves pressing key points on the body - usually along meridians (energy pathways) - to stimulate greater energy flow. Experience deep restoration and mind-body-spirit healing with this nourishing blend of mindful movement, breath, intention, and visualization.

🧘‍♂️Yoga + Breathwork: You’ll be guided through a grounding breath and body awareness meditation with some gentle guided pranayama (breathwork) before moving into an all-levels asana practice. The movement will start off slow with restorative poses and build toward an energizing slow flow that will support you in practicing surrender and receiving energy. The practice is an invitation to cultivate inner resources of resilience, stability, courage, and joy.

✨Reiki + Meditation: Reiki is a universal-life force energy that can be accessed for treating the whole person, including body, mind, emotions, and spirit to create beneficial effects that include relaxation, and feelings of peace and wellbeing. Through distance and optional hands-on Reiki healing paired with guided meditations, experience a release of stuck energy while feeling inspired to welcome in new beginnings.

🌲Forest Bathing: Immerse yourself in the tranquility and healing power of nature through this meditative practice. As you walk mindfully, engage all your senses to fully experience the magic of autumn. This practice helps alleviate stress, enhance your mood, and foster a deep connection with the natural world.

☕Cacao Ceremony: Ceremonial cacao is unsweetened drinking chocolate made from whole cacao beans and minimally processed to retain its bioactive compounds. Theobromine is the main stimulant in cacao. It stimulates the cardiovascular system and is a vasodilator (which relaxes your blood vessels, allowing for better blood and qi circulation throughout the body). This increased blood flow also reduces stuck, stagnant energy, supporting emotional release.

🎶Soundbath: Blending Tibetan singing bowls and other sound tools into immersive soundscapes, you are invited into deep rest - a gentle reminder that we, too, are simply energy and vibration. An experience designed to restore your yin and yang balance.

💗Manifestation Practices: Throughout our experience, you’re invited to release old patterns and stories. This process of letting go creates space for heightened clarity and manifestation for the abundance you’re inviting in.

📖Mindful Journaling: Further integrate your experience with thoughtful prompts, encouraging unique perspectives and expanded vision for what’s possible.

🍴Vegan Lunch: Aligning with the autumn season, a nourishing plant-based lunch and snacks will be provided, along with various beverages.
