Autumn Mindfulness Walk + Qigong [Timonium]

Begin with a slow, guided walk through the trees as we make our way to our qigong mindful movement space. Along the way, you’ll be invited to tune in to the sights, sounds, and sensations of autumn - a season of change and gentle release. Leaves fall. The air cools. Days grow shorter. It’s a natural reminder that it’s okay to slow down and let go of what we no longer need. This walking meditation helps you quiet your mind and arrive fully in the moment for qigong.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that blends movement, breath, and intention to promote optimum health and wellness. During this seasonal flow, we’ll continue the theme of releasing what no longer serves you - much as the trees drop their leaves - while also cultivating a stronger immune system.

After our guided experience -- If you’d like to further enjoy and connect with nature, the water, and our community, we invite you to bring snacks/lunch and a blanket.
