Harvest of the Heart: Qigong + Cacao Ceremony [Wishing Star Farm in Glen Arm]

Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that blends movement, breath, and intention to promote optimum health and wellness. Much like the trees shedding their leaves, we’ll release what no longer serves us during this seasonal immune-boosting flow.

Then we’ll settle into a sacred cacao ceremony where we’ll honor autumn’s giftscelebrating our accomplishments, releasing what no longer serves us, and gathering nourishment for the stillness of winter. We’ll share ceremonial cacao  blended with warming spices of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cayenne, each chosen to align with the energies of fall.

Through guided meditation, intention setting, and heartfelt sharing, you’ll experience cacao as both a mirror and a medicine for this turning of the Wheel of the Year. Come sit in circle, savor the sweetness of your harvest, release with grace, and resource yourself for the path ahead.

Following our sacred ceremony, we’re offering an optional catered autumn harvest vegan dinner, with a protein on the side for those who eat meat.

Cost:

  • $66 for the Qigong + Cacao Ceremony only (deadline to register: 10/11, Saturday, at 10am)

  • $86 for the Qigong + Cacao Ceremony with catered dinner (deadline to register: 10/9, Thursday, at 5pm)
