**1:30-3pm: Mindful Eating
Awareness is at the core of mindful eating. This awareness is about:
Your eating habits
Associated thoughts and emotions (including any blocks or challenges you may have)
Your overall experience with food itself
It is not about dieting or an “eat this, not that” mentality.
You will learn:
The basics of mindful eating
The benefits of practicing such awareness
A number of ways to incorporate mindful eating into your daily life.
*To give you a taste of what this invaluable skill has to offer, you will also be led through a mindful eating practice.
3-3:30pm: Happy Tea Mindfulness Experience
Happy Tea is a proprietary blend of herbs that help support the adrenal system, relieves anxiety, clears the mind of circle thinking.
This delightful infusion creates its own form of mindfulness and allows the body, mind and soul to rest and relax. It is helpful for insomnia and for grief.
You will learn the ingredients and their components.
You will taste the infusion in a mindful way, applying mindfulness techniques.
Space is limited to 15 people.
Cost: $30 per person, which includes food for the mindful eating practice and a few teas. (PRICE REDUCED FROM $40)
