During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn several acupressure points that help to boost your immune system. You will also learn points that help to relieve anxiety, depression, back pain, headaches/migraines, and more. To further aid healing, we will take a break halfway through to do a short qigong routine.

What is Acupressure?
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that was developed in China over 5,000 years ago. Using the fingers, thumbs, and knuckles, gentle to firm pressure is applied to key points on the body to stimulate self-healing. Pressing these points allows for the release of endorphins and muscle tension, and increased circulation of blood and oxygen. By reducing stress, you become more resistant to illness and disease, and are able to feel a greater sense of well-being.
